Justice F.N Azinge wey dey Delta State High Court for Otor-Udu don sentence Pastor Glory Aberefa go 16  and Reverend Vincent Okpogo go 10 years for prison.

Di two of dem wit dia company, Mustard Seed Micro Investment Limited, don enta yawa as Zonal office of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC table 16-count charges for dia neck. Di charges dey about stealing wey different from wetin dey Section 516 and 390(9) of Criminal Code, CAP 21, Vol 1 Laws of Delta State for Nigeria, 2006.

Dem guilty as di matter show face for court since June 19, 2017.

Dia trial wey EFCC lawyers dem, V.O Agbaje and K.U Udus do follow petition and investigate wey show say dem say moni wey reach N32,516,620.00 (Thirty-Two Million, Five Hundred and Sixteen Thousand, Six Hundred and Twenty Naira).


Dem sentence di first defendant, Pastor Aberefa  go one year imprisonment for each of di 16 counts wey dey im neck as di second person, Reverend Okpogo own bi one year from count seven to 16 wey everytin go follow each oda.


Una go remember say di convict dem wey don dey prison, bin don dey jail for 17 years by both Federal High Court and Delta State High Court, for warri. Dem go add did new jail time join di one wey dey dia neck as soon as dem finish di 17 years wey dem still dey now.

Trouble started for the convicts, when under the guise of running a finance company, defrauded dozens of unsuspecting members of the public of millions of naira, through their fraudulent Mustard Seed Micro Investment Limited.
